Steps to Apply

We welcome residents with a variety of stable income sources, including Retirement, SSI, SSDI, Private Pay, or approved funding assistance programs. Proof of income is required to ensure eligibility and placement.
2. Complete the Online Application
Fill out our secure online application to begin the process. Once your application and income verification are complete, you’ll receive an approval notice.
3. Approval & Move-In
Upon approval, you may move in immediately based on unit availability. If no openings are available, your name will be placed on our priority waitlist and you’ll be contacted as soon as a home becomes available.
4. Welcome Home
Our team will assist you through every step of the transition from move-in coordination to orientation. At Vintage Place, we make settling in smooth, supportive, and stress-free.
